HOW CAN I INITIATE A RETURN FOR MY ITEMS?
We provide free returns for customers in the United States, and Canada. If your country is not listed, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected].

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Eligible items for return include those in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that we may request additional details such as photos and videos of the packaging and product to facilitate the return process.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to process a return and place a new order.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Your return will be processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?
Depending on the country you have ordered from and the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary, so please bear this in mind before contacting our team.


*Please note that once your items have been received by our warehouse, it can take up to 7 days for your order to be processed and your refund to be actioned. It can then take 5 days for your refund to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We are sorry that you have received a faulty item, please send our Customer Support Team the following info:
Your Order Number
Item Name
Photos that show:

The fault as clearly as possible and a full-length photo of the item
The SneakAir Protect logo and label

All claims for orders with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

I HAVE SENT A NON SneakAir Protect ITEM BACK TO YOU, WHAT DO I DO?
Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned to our warehouse (that is not a SneakAir Protect item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not SneakAir Protect.
We will do our best to assist, but unfortunately we are unable to make sure you get your non SneakAir Protect items returned.
